chat099 only provides short links that open a WhatsApp chat. We are not WhatsApp or Meta and are not connected to, endorsed by, or partnered with them. By using chat099 you agree to these terms.

Links must be used only for genuine and legal business. You must not use chat099 for: fraud, scams or phishing; fake jobs, loans, investments or lotteries; betting or gambling; adult or sexual content; drugs, weapons or other banned goods; spam, harassment or threats; impersonating any person or company; or anything illegal in India or in your country.

We are not responsible for any chat, deal, payment, product or service between you and your customers, or for any loss or damage arising from them. You are fully responsible for your own links, phone numbers, messages and everything that happens through them.

We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. WhatsApp may change, limit or block features outside our control, and we are not liable for that.

We may refuse, suspend or delete any account or link at any time, with or without notice, especially after complaints or suspected misuse.

To report a link being misused, email support@chat099.com with the link and details.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, chat099 and its owners are not liable for any indirect or direct loss. You agree to protect and cover us against any claim, penalty or cost caused by your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use chat099 after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
